I sat on a wobbly swing,

hoping it could swing away my troubles,

yet it brought back the memories of the good old times,

I thought...

"Maybe it was meant to be,

maybe it was all me,

maybe,

there's no maybe..."

there's no more tears left for me to weep.

As I`m basked in the rays of sunlight,

I felt the warmth it's giving,

as though it's comforting me.

I saw a shadow walking towards me,

the glaring sunlight's hurting my eyes,

a hand held up...

without much thinking,

I placed my hand on to his,

he gave me a pull,

and i landed in his arm.

It was much more warmth than the sun could give,

it felt like i was being protected from anything or everything.

I sniffed a familiar scent from him,

and i looked up..

It was him...

all along..

he sheltered me from the rain, the sun..

he give me a pull when im down..

he saw the best there was in me,

and give me faith when i lost it.

For all the things I've lost,

Im glad i still have your love...

and i know it will always be here with me...
